I have been a Realtor® in Charlotte since 1988 and I have experienced all kinds of markets - great, good, so-so, bad and terrible! Because of this, I feel I have a strong command of market trends, particularly in southeast Charlotte and Union county. I work both as a Buyer's agent and a listing agent because I believe in order to perform well as a Buyer's agent you also have to have expertise as a listing agent (and vice versa). My goal is to have a completely satisfied client and I strive to make sure this happens. I grew up in a family that moved frequently so I have particular empathy for relocating buyers - I have been there and I know what you are going through! I have worked with hundreds of buyers who are new to the area and I can help with recommendations for doctors, dentists, schools, colleges, youth sports and other kids activities. My wife Whitney and I have 3 wonderful daughters and we have called Charlotte our home since 1986. In my spare time I like to run (slowly), play golf (badly) and travel (I'm pretty good at that).
